Description
On Ruby 1.8, mail subject "=?iso-2022-jp?b?GyRCJUYlOSVIGyhCCg=?="
is encoded correctly.
But, in case of "Re: =?iso-2022-jp?b?GyRCJUYlOSVIGyhCCg=?="
which is not beginning encoding name,
mail subject is broken.
