if a ticket field is used to display a list of items where the user can select one or more items the list is shown exactly in the order the list was entered in the admin interface.
An option to have this list automatically sorted for output might be useful for lists. Also, not having them sorted might be usefull - it will depend on the use case, so both scenario should be supported.
Maybe you can implement an checkbox like "sort this list alpahbetically" or an javascript that sorts the content of the textarea right next to the textarea (for example http://www.javascriptkit.com/javatutors/arraysort4.shtml - but this does actually not sort per line, it sorts per word).
This would make work easier whenever large lists are used.
