How to reproduce:
Create a new issue, leave subject blank.
Add one or more files to the issue, optionally with description for the file(s).
After pressing the "Create" button, an error message is shown:
« Subject » can't be blank.
During the validation, the input data for the file(s) were discarded, so you have to enter the file information again.
Were nice if that info could be preserved.
