Filter by relations should set current project as default filtervalue

Hi,
currently the relation filter on the issue list just takes the project with the lowest value (alphabetically sorted) as default value. This could be reproduced by setting this filter and change the filter type to "in any project".
It would be user friendly if the default value would be the current project.
