Hello,
I install Redmine with the package Bitnami, and when I add a new ticket the load is unsually long (I wait 30-40s to create the ticket).
How can I resolve this problem?

Very difficult to tell, because you don't give a lot of details.
Performance issues may be due to hardware, operating system, webserver, application server, configuration...
I'm not familiar with the Bitnami stack, but if I were you, I'd first ask in their forums.
Please open a new ticket here if the Bitnami people can't help.
