Extending project's "inherit members" in order to later allow changes to original member setup

Inheriting members is cool, however, you are stuck with the original setup which you can't change much - you can add roles only but you can't remove a person or remove previous roles.
However, if members are copied, not inherited, this would allow us to escape the setup from parent project but still start with those as default.
