I can't reproduce this on redmine.org using iceweasel 17.0.9 and Chromium 29.0.1547.57 - What browser do you use?

Found the root cause, one of installed plugin wiking 0.0.2 is not compatible with Redmine 2.3, fixed this issue by upgrading it to 0.0.4.

Sorry for confusion
