- Target version changed from 0.8 to 0.7.1
UPDATE: Redmine 0.7.1.1423
I've also installed the rails engine plugin, but am not sure on #2 (which alternate "plugins" folder is there to copy over into the vendors/plugins folder?)

Please contact the author and submit your bug to them. The tracker is only for Redmine issues, not third party plugins.
Also, your issue is because git isn't installed. git-rails
is a different program.
