Hi,
I notice, that if I made a repository visible by anonymous and after I create a membre. If I don't define that the user
can be see the repository, so this member when I connect to redmine, he can't see the repository.
I think like the repository is public, every member can see the repository.
Same issue for all right of an anonymous.
I made an integration test as soon as possible.

As of r943, permissions are prefilled by 'non member' permissions when creating a new role.
