In page source (html), you read :
<a href="/repositories/entry/redmine/trunk%2Fapp%2Fhelpers%2Fapplication_helper.rb?rev=1650">/trunk/app/helpers/application_helper.rb</a>

Of course, '/' should not be escaped here.
