How to make the settings tab as an icon and align it to right of project menu.

Description

Dear Team

We are working on customizing the project menu and one of the requirement is to move the settings menu to align to right always and change the text to ICON ( Gears Icon)

We were able to get an ICON but we arent able to align the menu to the always right .

Any hack is appreciated.
