Add "quick" items to issue popup

Description
The issue popup menu is great for many things, but these options I find myself lacking.
Below or above the current Watch/Copy/Delete items.For example:
- Accept/Begin/Start Work, visible if the issue is in status New.
Set status to In Progress.
Assign it to the current user.
Probably allow for a comment to be added. - Resolve, visible if the issue is in status In Progress.
Set status to Resolved.
Probably allow for a comment to be added.
... and probably others.
Perhaps they could be possible to enable/disable by configuration, or even better be completely customizable (name, set status, assign, comment etc).
I hope I'm making myself understood without mockups.
