Good Afternoon,

(at least on the west coast of North America it's afternoon ;) )

On the redmine plugin webpage there is no link to the the plugin tutorial, but there is a broken link to the "Plugin API"

Referring webpage:

Needed link:
http://www.redmine.org/wiki/1/Plugin_Tutorial

I would have edited the page myself as it seemed to be in the wiki section, but I don't think I have access.....

Also, Is there a tracker to the webpage? Or an open thread I'd be willing to volunteer to help with documentation and/or website maintenance.
