Adding support of logic relationship between boolean custom field values and other custom field

Description
The idea would be nice to configure a logic dependency between custom fields.
This would give the opportunity to add additional custom fields by enabling a parent custom field.
This can be done via Javascript but it would be great to configure it directly in the GUI similar to the workflow features of custom fields based on the issue state.

I found another problem with Javascript solution.
If one of the not visible field is required the ticket can't be saved.

It would also be great using multiple lists for selecting showing/enabling other custom fields.

Exactly! This issue, and issue #21149, seems to point to similar functionality.
It would be great to have this feature. More complex redmine implementations would be possible with this great feature.
