I've set up new Redmine server. And it works perfectly.
But some of my friends living in Japan cannot create new issue on my Redmine.
Log-in is OK. But when click New issue, input information and press Save, they get 500 Internal Server Error.
So I tried to set my proxy as 179.107.182.187:80 (for example), and also get same error.
Environment:
Redmine version 3.2.1.stable
Ruby version 2.1.4-p265 (2014-10-27) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 4.2.5.2
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
