The default tracker types are: Bug, Feature, Support.
After I created one new tracker type in Administration->Trackers->New Tracker,
It cannot be listed in the drop-down list when raising a new issue.
(PS, I have copied the workflow from Bug)

find the solution, this can be done in individual project's setting.
