Description

I upgraded from Redmine 2.x to 3.2.3 and now we have the following issue. In the Assignee: field when updating a task users can now only see in the drop down:

<< me >>
<< Author >>
the person it is assigned to
their own account

In the previous version of Redmine, anybody in the project could be selected.

We also have Easy Redmine 2016 installed.
