Redmine

Following the plugin tutorial Plugin_Tutorial

I tried creating a plugin and when I get to the step that creates the database table, all the console says is migrating. When I go look at the development database I do not see the plugin table.

I hope this can be fixed as it seems unusual that I cannot test my full redmine environment in development mode. I like development due to all the detailed logging I get in the console on every action.
