I can query
https://servicedesk.cor-management.ch/Servicedesk/trackers.xml
for a list of all trackers.
But I always get all trackers.
Adding the project_id to the filters has no effect.
For issues instead of trackers, it works fine.

Could you meet your needs with the following API with the include option?
/projects/[id].xml?include=trackers
