Affects all wiki-ish pages (issues included).
When you attach a file "myimage.GIF" with an upper-case extension and inline it using
!myimage.GIF!
the image does not appear although the code is not displayed.
Example:
Should be a red square here 
In the source of this description, red_square.GIF is inlined but does not appear.
But when you inline it using lower-case although the attachment name extension is in upper-case

Indeed. I think it was fixed in 0.8.1.
