Description

I am trying to Install RedMine 0.8.3 on an PC where trunk version was up & Running.

  1. Took a database backup
  2. Renamed the folder where I have trunk version (current to current0)
  3. Downloaded & extracted 0.8.3 files to C:\Program files\redmine\current\
  4. copied database.yml, environment.rb & email.yml files from previous version to new (config folder)

When I ran the "rake db:migrate" getting the following error. Any idea?

rake aborted!
uninitialized constant IssueObserver

Please, do not request support here.
But I would say that your problem comes from the fact that you overwritten the 0.8.3 environment.rb.
