Make "fixed in version" a link to the roadmap entry for that version

It'd be really great to be able to click on the "Fixed in version" field of a project and go to a page that
listed all of the issues for that version.

I guess you're speaking about the field on the issue detail view
(issues/show). It's done in rev 562.
