1、在问题列表点击【保存】进入新建查询页面
2、保存查询条件，报错
I need to create a new query and report an error after saving the query. Please see pictures 1 and 2.

补充说明：新建查询页---名称未填写，直接点击保存报错。如果有填写名称保存成功
