Problem with adding peopel to existing tasks

Hello everyone,
we've got a problem with adding people to existing tasks which are "TOP" tasks. That means that it is main tasks where we are adding child tasks. When any from child tasks has created "due date" and it's late we are unable to add anyone to be even reporter.
Example error when trying adding in resources:
End date must be less than or equal to issue due date (2021-12-22)
We've got a problem with adding people to existing tasks which are "TOP" tasks. That means that it is main tasks where we are adding child tasks. When any from child tasks has created "due date" and it's late we are unable to assign this task in the resources.
Second problem is that when we've got f.e. 10 subtasks under TOP task and only one of them has got "Due date" TOP task gets the date of that subtask automatically even if that subtask is closed. The rest of 9 tasks don't have "Due date" but it doesn't matter because "Due date" has been given to TOP task from closed subtask which has got that "Due date".
