In the issue creation page, if dropdown boxes have no contents, is it possible to make it not display the option for it?
The functionality exists already. If you don't define Categories, the dropdown does not show up, nor does the label. HOwever, if you delete all Ticket Priorities, it still shows the label + empty dropdown box.
