rbpdf has been released today to 1.21.2
I can be updated in Redmine's Gemfile.

You can update the gem (and all others) yourself already by just running bundle install within your Redmine installation and restarting your Redmine process.

Due to the conservative dependency specifications in the Gemfile, this does not require a separate update from Redmine.
