I haven't looked into it, but I noticed this while checking out redmine classes.

  • html_title (rendering) issues on /users/[id] (might be a browser issue instead):

Arabic script username Non-Arabic script username
html tag <title>حسين درادكه - Redmine</title> <title>Mischa The Evil - Redmine</title>
  • author line helper issues on topics/messages in (at least) the forums (any maybe other objects):
