I like to use News to communicate with the my client. It is useful to link to the milestone page in the news item. If I use standard wicki markup eg
[[Contact]]
it looks great on the web but not in the email. Would be cool if it was converted to the appropriate URL in the email

Only applies to plain text emails. Works OK for HTML emails.
