In a process of creating a new user account required address field is not filled in. After providing address information a message appeared: "User already exists.

Preconditions
1.Navigate to https://appsite.com

Steps to reproduce
1.Go to "User form"
2.Enter "Username"
3.Enter "Firs Name"
4.Enter "Last Name"
5.Enter "age"
6.Leave "Address" field empty
7.Enter "phone"
8.Click on "save" button

Expected results
1.User account should not be created
2.Message display: User is not created. Missing required information

Steps to reproduce
1.Back to the empty field
2.Enter information for "address"

Expected results
1.User account is created
2.Message display: User account is created successfully

Actual results
1.Message display: "User already exists"
