Description

Ive created the redmine account but i am unable to create a new project or add users. How to solve this.

https://www.redmine.org is only used for development of the Redmine software. You can't add users or project here, nor you you have administrator permissions.

You can install your own Redmine installation (see RedmineInstall) on your own server where you then have Administrator permissions to add users and projects.
