after hosting my redmine v4 instance on windows for about 8 years, I could not find a configuration that would work on any redmine version 5+.
I have tried many combinations of ruby and such and after a certain version of ruby, the available windows ruby packages seem to be unable to install all the required libraries all the way without lots of errors, even when trying to manually fix/install things...
