[UX] Ability to group subtasks and related issues thar are closed in a collapsed treelist for better user experience

Description
In some circumstance during a particolar sprint we have an epic meta-bug that group numerous subtasks and related issues. In this case should be possible for better UI to have 4 groups per tickets:
(collapsed) SubTasks (Closed)
(collapsed) Related issues (Closed)
(expanded) SubTasks (Open)
(expanded) Related issues (Open)
This would make the UX much better.
in some ways the question is similar to #1984 (see comments #1984-11 and #1984-12)
