Description
When gravatar is disabled, users and groups are displayed differently as follow:
1. Members section (member list and new members modal):- Users are displayed without an icon
- Group are displayed with group icon
- Users are displayed without an icon
- Group are displayed with group icon
- Users are displayed with user icon
- Group are displayed with group icon
To be consistent with #6831, we won't show anymore the user icon in the add watchers modal for now.
