Desired:
Actual link with page name: http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/Overview

The reasoning is that the page name gives the user already an idea
about the content of the page.
So if you post the link that contains the page name, it is more useful.

To have this way always used, makes it standardized and easier to fetch
the more useful link.
