as also can be seen in this place, there seem to be some dependecies in the latest versions (0.9.2) of redmine, that cannot be simply resolved by installing the gems from the default gem repository, but need an extra repsoitory.
these should either be included in the vendor libs, or better explained how to install them, because that's not so easy to find for less ruby-experienced admins
