I'm running a multi language site, accessed mostly by Polish and English speaking developers. What I'm missing is a possibility to direct site & project description, as well as announcements and other content based on language chosen by the user. For example for Polish speaking users Polish content, and for others - English one.

This will never solve a problem with issues descriptions, but it would help a lot.
