Description
From Peter Molenaar:
- Ability to edit/ delete post
- Ability to include images in body
- Ability to join attachments to replies
- Ability to lock threads

Concerning edit/delete post, there are several solutions:
- allow any user to edit (delete ?) his own posts
- add a new 'edit posts' permission, that could be given to some
roles to edit any post
- define 'moderator' users for each forum. these users could
edit any posts, lock threads...
- ...
What do you think ?

That would be imo the best solution since then you could
create a role "Forums Moderator" with that right...
Maybe
separate edit and delete rights in the permission grid?

Done in r926.
Including images in message body is possible. If you have any
problem with this, please fill a bug report.
