Enumerations can be added but not deleted, would be nice to be able to, with the possibility to assign all issues with
deleted enumeration to another existing one.

For example, issues have been assign the Design activity for time tracking and you decide to add more detailled ones
like interface design and schema design. When deleting the design activity, we should be able to reassign all issues
tagged design to interface design for example
