Description
IMHO it could be great to specify default state of custom fields. For example we have boolean custom field
"Billable" and we want to be checked by default. This can be also implemented for other field types (default
item in list, default text or numeric value, etc.).

Done in r1090. Custom fields (including booleans) can now have
a default value.
