Description
When the browser window gets below a certain size (Firefox 3.5.9, Chrome 5.0.375.3 dev; screenshot is from Firefox; both on Ubuntu 9.10), the "New user" box overlaps the sidebar. It may require a certain number of users or length of user names.
I haven't noticed this issue on any other screen.
The issue occurs on all 3 included themes.
Ruby 1.8.7, Rails 2.3.5.
