Description
A "featured" file would get a download link on the project's overview page.
This would for example, make it easy for end-users to find the project's latest stable release without having to search around.

Additionally it could also be listed on top of the other files similar to a "sticky" thread/topic.
Maybe the download links can also appear in the example.com/projects page.
