I'd like to see a feature to track remote issues associated with the an issue which should probably be possible by parsing the remote web page for RSS feeds and subscribe them. I think launchpad does something similar.

It could even just take URLs from replies, comments, and descriptions and scan these for RSS feeds. Activity on the remote feeds could be automatically checked for issue status (fixed, closed etc) in a first implementation. I suppose this infrastructure could offer a whole lot of interesting new features.

Since not all trackers support RSS feeds, this feature should be designed to accept pluggable parsers for different remote applications and accept trackback pings.
