Description

When I add an item as a related issue or subtask that change does not show in the activity list. I think a logical connection like this should show up on the activity list.

e.g.
03:31 pm Infrastructure #20 (new): go faster; a sub task of Feature #15 (new): X
03:31 pm Defect #21 (new): bad bug; is blocking Feature #15 (new): X

(i am running 1.0.1.stable)
