Description
Would be nice if categories could be global for all projects or inherited for subprojects. The point is that with have several similar projects that all have the same categories.
This would also change the problem with categories and reports reported here #6793 and target in the same direction as #6767 to make categories similar to milestones.
The point is that with milestones and categories build the same way we would have a nice two dimensional view, the milestones as a horizontal view through time and a vertical view through categories of tasks
