Description
Allow administrative users to write notes about users that are only seen by those with administrative accounts. Sometimes we have people that are temporary testers that are approved to test certain projects. With multiple people with administrative rights it would be nice to write a small note about a user. I may not always recognize a user's name so it would be nice to write an administrative note such as "Temporary tester, Can test German translations", or anything else that might be relevant. This way if UserA was approved by another administrator I can look at the description to know why they were brought on etc.
