Redmine

Hi,

Sometimes, a user would like to edit the log messages in SCM (to remove typing errors par example). But intermediately, the log messages could have been fetched in Redmine. These post-Redmine changes are not caught by Redmine and in the old messages remain there.

So it would be helpful to have a function like Reload SCM log to sync the messages.
By know this may be done in the difficult way: remove and add SCM.

This function could be put in SCM tab of the project menu.
