Description
The "Issues" tab can be confusing: it switches namely between a list of issues to one issue. When moving to one issue and then to another one, one must always go back to the list all issues and click again. There should be a kind of navigation bar at the top of the Issues tab, which would be like | Issues> Issue #987|| Prev | Next|
This would allow to move fast in both mode
