Hi.
Tooday I tried to add video file of 2 Mb size, but browser displayed Error 413.
Under the "add file " key is written, that I can add files up to 19,5 MB, but I can`t add even 2 Mb size file.
I hope you will correct the defect. Thanks in advance. Please, see screenshot in attachment.

Just googled that this is a nginx configuration issue :

The max upload size displayed is the one configured for redMine.
