Create a default user in the projects to which assigned tasks.
And add a new option in the profile to see or not to assign the task members

Add a new option in the user profile to activate / deactivate automatic assignment of new tasks to the user?

Not, an option to see or not the menu assigned to in the issue page. I think it's an option not to use any user.

It would be useful to create a step by step tutorial explaining how a non-administrator can changer the default user in a project.
