Was just looking for the same functionality. Hope this can be added at some point.

You can currently see watched issues on 'my page' by adding the appropriate module but adding this as an item in the query would be very useful.

There are many people in my company which are looking for the ability to list all there watched issues in a full issue list.

FYI: I created a patch that adds this feature in #1898.

Patch #1997 : Filtering by watcher and any personel (author or assigned to or watcher).

Very important feature!
I cannot find my own list even in redmine site.
